Design Process

Research and Ideation:

Market Research

Market research revealed several user needs and pain points in existing online pharmacy apps. Users want a simple, intuitive interface, but many apps are cluttered and complex. They need efficient, accurate search functionality, yet current apps often fail in this area. Comprehensive product information is crucial, but it is often lacking. Easy access to professional consultations is limited and expensive. Secure payment options are essential due to security concerns. Personalized recommendations and real-time order tracking are in demand but rarely well-executed.

Brainstormed Features

To address these issues, we brainstormed features for QuickScript. We designed a clean, intuitive interface and enhanced search functionality with advanced filters. Detailed product pages provide comprehensive information. Integrated chat and video call options offer easy access to professional consultations. Multiple secure payment options, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, ensure security. Personalized recommendations based on health profiles enhance user experience, and real-time order tracking keeps users informed.
